‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ only marginally lives up to its bloated hype.

A rushed process resulted in a messy continuity of individual films that culminated in 2017’s Justice League. The superhero ensemble film became a box-office bomb, but rumor grew of a cut with the original director’s vision out there. Fan support swelled to bring Snyder’s vision to viewing life.

‘Joker’ Won’t Make You Put On A Happy Face

As a comic book and movie fan, I enjoy when source material is stretched; attacked from different angles to give a fresh perspective on a story. Especially considering he is one of the most iconic villains and fictional characters ever created.Continue reading “‘Joker’ Won’t Make You Put On A Happy Face”

Halftime: My favorite movies of 2019…so far

June 30, 2019. This day means we are somehow halfway through 2019. Where does the time go? Instead of waiting to make an End of Year Top 10 list, I wanted to look back at my favorites of the year so far.
